Begun in 1988 by Glen Bollinger, Bollinger Builders has been in the business of creating custom new homes and renovations and additions for 25 years.
Glen began his career as a home builder just out of high school. He learned the trade from a local builder, working closely with the owner, a hands-on craftsman. In 1982 Glen formed a partnership with his brother to start their own business. The first jobs were for extended family, but within a year they had built their first new home. A year later land was purchased and the first spec home was sold. The company progressed quickly as word of their high quality, hands-on approach reached to local community.
In 1988, the two brothers decided to part and go separate ways with the business, and the named changed to Bollinger Builders, Inc. The company continues to build quality custom homes as well as additions and whole-house renovations. While Bollinger Builders began in Lancaster County, in 2005 the service area was expanded to Lebanon and Dauphin Counties.
